Angelina Locantore is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Co-Founder of Shining Minds ABA Services. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University and has been practicing in the field since 2020.

Angelina began her clinical training at Caldwell University’s Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis, where she developed a strong foundation in working with children with autism across a wide range of ages and skill levels.

She has extensive experience providing, developing, and overseeing individualized treatment programs, with a strong focus on early intervention and naturalistic teaching approaches. Throughout her career, Angelina has held roles including Lead Behavior Therapist, Program Coordinator, and BCBA, giving her a well-rounded perspective on delivering high-quality, effective care.

Angelina is passionate about creating meaningful progress for each child while supporting families with guidance, collaboration, and hands-on involvement every step of the way.

Ashley Mondati Baglieri is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and Co-Founder of Shining Minds ABA Services. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating cum laude and as part of the Honors Program at Caldwell University, and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022.

Ashley has extensive experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder across home, school, and preschool settings. She began her clinical training at Caldwell University’s Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, individualized care.

Her clinical approach focuses on early intervention, naturalistic teaching strategies, and creating meaningful, real-life progress for each child. Ashley is passionate about working closely with families, ensuring they feel supported, confident, and guided throughout every stage of their child’s journey.

Ashley has also published her graduate research, reflecting her commitment to advancing the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and providing high-quality, data-driven care.
