Angelina Longo, M.A., BCBA
Director
Angelina received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University. She received her licenses as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in February of 2020.
As an undergraduate student at Caldwell University, she began her internship at Caldwell University’s Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis.
During her internship she worked with children with autism where she found her passion for the field of ABA and working with children. After her internship she completed her Masters coursework and clinical hours at The Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis, gaining hands-on experience with children with autism of all ages and skill sets.
Once graduated, she worked in a private center which specialized in working with the younger population of children (i.e., ages 0-6), targeting the core deficits of autism using a naturalistic approach. Angelina has been practicing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 7 years being in a variety of roles which include, lead behavior therapist, program coordinator, and BCBA.
Most of her time spent in the field has focused on providing, developing, and overseeing each child’s individualized programming.

Ashley Mondati
Lead Behavior Therapist
Ashley graduated cum laude and honor’s program from Caldwell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
As an undergraduate, Ashley gained clinical experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) at Caldwell University’s Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition, she worked in a preschool setting gaining experience using a naturalistic approach to teach children with ASD.
She is currently completing her Master’s thesis for the degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Caldwell University. Ashley is currently providing home-programming services with children with ASD. Ms. Mondati’s research interests are early intervention, group contingencies, and problem behavior.
Ashley is also a member of the Student Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (SAABA) at Caldwell University and a member of Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
